NTCC Rodeo Athletes have a great week at the CNFR in Casper, Wyoming



NTCC was well represented at this year's College National Finals Rodeo in Casper WYO, June 13-19, 2010. Student athletes Katy Strange, Kolt Henderson, and Josh Little represented the Eagle rodeo team, qualifying in four events. Katy Strange competed in the Breakaway roping and the Goat tying, Kolt Henderson competed in the Calf roping, and Josh Little competed in the Bareback riding. Katy placed in the first round , won the short round, and was the Reserve National Champion in the Breakaway roping. Katy also finished 13th in the Goat tying. Kolt Henderson won the 3rd round of the Calf roping, tying the fastest calf of the rodeo "8.1" and was 14th in the average. Josh Little rode very well finishing 18th in the nation in the Bareback riding.
